Blitzer I enjoyed it and found it useful. I liked the consolidation of so many parts of the career search process. Space is given to resumes, networking, interviewing, etc. In my last search process in 2005 I was reading multiple books to get the info given here. The advice fits my perspective and experience on how to get the search done. As for the "green" side of things... I found it very useful particularly the chapter where a list of actions that a corporate employee can take to move a company forward. A really good list of actionable items. I am using it! The author pulls together some basics that will help corporate employees see the process to be not as daunting as they might think. While this is a book on career change it highlights what is special about the development of a new industry and changing into it. A good read for me.
