There's no sticker to confirm but believe both frame and fork to be Columbus tubing made in Italy. (Note light weight.) Cost new for Columbus tubing frames made in Italy currently run about $2,000.
Rear axle adjustment screws are a tip-off to higher quality. Lower-end bikes don't have them.

To clarify the "Mexican Connection" about which there has been confusion: The Columbus SL tubing frames were made in Italy, then shipped to Mexico for final finishing before shipping to USA and other destinations.
It isn't true that starting around 1984 all Benotto's were made in Mexico. Italy still made high-end frames. It is rather easy to spot the difference if you've seen any of the frames made in Mexico.
