Based on the cuddly stuffed toy line (also known as "Go Go Hamsters,") the Zhu Zhu Pets video game is an action-adventure with forgiving controls, aimed at younger gamers. Players guide their favorite furry character to run through a city-sized hamster habitat game world, uncovering new areas, and unlocking new items and power-ups. Players can choose from nine main Zhu Zhu Pets characters: Patches, Nugget, Winkie, Jilly, Scoodles, Pipsqueak, Mr. Squiggles, Chunk, and Num Nums.
