The Biggest Loser Challenge offers fitness enthusiasts more than 125 exercises to complete in a choice of four environments taken from the television show. Begin by creating an avatar, whose body will change over time based on your level of activity. Routines are designed to target both the upper body and lower body, with cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing options available to personalize the experience. Also included are ten pre-set fitness programs, such as "Belly Buster" and "Boot Camp," and 50 recipes from various Biggest Loser publications.
Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, show host Alison Sweeney, and over 70 former contestants are included to provide motivation during the various stages of the game.
