Our premium shade coffee beans directly from Hacienda Ana Luisa in the
mountains of West-central Puerto Rico. These beans are exquisitely grown
under the shading canopy of native tropical trees. Delicate harvesting
and processing together with a custom medium roast make this coffee one
of the best coffees you will ever drink! This level of roasting
maximizes flavor and aroma. It is characterized by its low acidity, a
hint of chocolate flavor, and smooth aftertaste. 1/2 lb. bag.
Our coffee will have a "Roasting Date" where our roaster certifies
when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we
recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date
and within 30 days after opening.
