Stalls available for each horse to be used for feeding and sickness. Large pastures with fescue grass. Barn equipped with lights in each stall and in grooming area along with personal cabinets for tack etc.

Both Barns have full access to round pen, lighted 180x260 arean and trails. Free Horse Trailer parking.

Owners live on premises. Quiet Adult Environment.
