How to Promote Properties to Asian InvestorsAsian investors especially Chinese investors are now buying properties worldwide, especially in United States, Canada and Australia. There are many deals happening everyday, it is a good time to consider how to consider strategies to reach Asian investors.Here are some useful tips if you want to promote your real estate projects to Asian Investors:They are typically individual investors, either successful individual investors or business owners looking to invest in properties.In the past, debt is not a concern for most Chinese investors, they prefer to invest in projects using cash; they are not interested in financing in general. However, the current difference in interest rate between Asia & North America is quite significant, some investors may start considering using loans in North America as a leverage.3. A quick way is to have a microsite in Chinese language.8. Create a Chinese language investment newsletter to keep investors informed about new projects. If you have an English investment newsletter already, convert them into Chinese and send out to these investors.
