This is a small antique GARMENT PATTERN CUTTING MACHINE. It is oak and brass and is 18 3/4" high, 14" wide and 8 1/4" deep. It was run by a belt attached to the pulleys on the top. We had an online professional appraisal which was: CURRENT FAIR MARKET VALUE $200, REPLACEMENT VALUE $400. We are selling it for $95. Shipping will be actual cost. Weight is 23 lbs. email me for an estimate . This is a wonderful example of early mass production, and since it is not wired for electricity, it predates the 1920's when garment machines were electrified. Great collectible!!
