Under this curious name hides a quiet man, a lover of dogs , a "pack leader", the Mexican Cesar Millan. Born in Sinaloa on August 27, 1969 is best known as the star of the TV show The Dog Whisperer (Dog Whisperer) in Spain we saw in Four for a good season.
He grew up in his grandfather's farm surrounded by dogs, although his work was to take care of the cows and take them to graze in the fields.
