The Glacier Express Tour is sponsored by Rail Europe and you will travel along some of the best routes in the country between St. Moritz and Zermatt. Zermatt is a beautiful resort town that is filled with chalets, year round winter sports and skiing, mountain climbing and walking trails around the historical area. St. Moritz is a ski resort beyond compare and you can easily enjoy hitting the powder and then the chocolate shop for a sweet treat.
The itinerary of the Glacier Express Tour has been carefully planned out for you so that you can easily see quite a bit of Switzerland without worrying about the hassles of travel. Pack your winter clothes and be ready to be amazed at the beauty of Switzerland.
The Glacier Express Tour package includes the Swiss Card with three rail transfers including the Glacier Express, 2 nights in 3 star hotels with breakfast one night in St. Moritz, one night in Zermatt and a 50% discount on all locally purchased excursion tickets. Seat reservations are required and there is a registration fee that is not included. Additional nights, first class rail travel and 4 or 5 star accommodations are also available for an additional fee.
