from the Art Deco period. Glass jar bottom and chrome steel top
dispenser is impressed underneath reading "Made in USA". With stunning
cherry red Bakelite handle circa 1930’s.
This large vintage Bakelite and glass batter/syrup dispenser is a
hard find in this large size. The glass container is bolster shaped
and popular during the 1930’s. The top dispenser screws onto the glass
and has a gorgeous hard-to-find Bakelite red handle.
This vintage Bakelite kitchenware glass batter/syrup pitcher makes
such an impressive display in your kitchen with all your vintage
Bakelite tableware, appliances and other Bakelite cooking utensils.
Perfect for holding batter, maple syrup, molasses, honey and all heavier
liquids. Displays beautifully on the table with all your Bakelite

Measurements are 8 3/4 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches at its widest in diameter. It is in excellent clean condition.
This Bakelite is positively authentic vintage Bakelite. Bakelite is
an early polymeric plastic made from a phenol formaldehyde resin which
is not meltable invented by Leo Hendrik Baekeland in 1907.
