1927 Murderer's Row New York Yankees

A Little Yankees Trivia:

You may not know this but in 1927 the New York Yankees were referred to as Murderer's Row because of the lineup that included Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. But the name actually was coined before the Ruth/Gehrig era. In a newspaper column the term referred to the 1918 New York Yankees.
