Sonic care toothbrushes are the solution for all of the problems, concerning dental and oral cleanliness. If you've been thinking about how to get whiter and healthier teeth, consider brushing with a rechargeable toothbrush that will get your teeth "squeaky clean."
You must always keep your mouth and teeth healthy and clean by regular, gentle brushing. This would protect you from plaque or other gum disease, cause by bacteria, on your teeth, leading to dental rot, tartar, gingivitis and periodontitis and lots more.
When I talked to my dentist, he recommended that I brush two times a day and floss once a day. He also said I should get fluoride on my teeth. For me, fluoride is in the water where I live. But if you drink a lot of bottled water or live in an area where the water is not fluoridated (well water isn't for example) then you should consider using a fluoride mouth wash like Act.
Instead of just "brushing" twice a day, you'll get a long more bang out of your time invesment if you brush with an electric toothbrush like an Oral B sonic toothbrush or a Sonicare toothbrush. These sonic toothbrush heads emit sound waves that "shake" the plaque loose and get it off your teeth more effectively than brushing alone.
This type of dental care routine will help your teeth and gums stay healthy. You should not have any pain or bleeding when you brush or floss. If you think something is wrong with some of your teeth, make sure you bring it up at your next dentist appointment. (You are going to the dentist every 6 months, aren't you?)
If you have dental insurance there's really no reason to go to the dentist every six months and have the full enchillada when it comes to dental cleaning, x-rays and dentist's exam. Even if you don't have insurance, you can still go in for a cleaning. It doesn't cost much more to go in for a cleaning than it does to pay your insurance premiums each year.
And here's another big bonus. When you keep your teeth healthy, it's likely the rest of you will be healthier, too. Healthy teeth and gums are linked to fewer incidents of heart attack and stroke!
While I'm on my soapbox, I'll also put in a quick word about your diet. Eating a lot of sugar (whether it's candy, dried fruit, or sweet drinks) can bathe your teeth in sugar frequently which maintains a pleasant environment for bad bacteria to form. Get rid of it by rinsing with water, chewing a sugar free gum, or - gasp - brushing after you consume the sugary something-or-other.
Sonic care toothbrushes are the perfect tool for getting your teeth and gums healthy. They don't put too much pressure on the brush, damaging your gums. They just offer a light ticking sensation and a vibrating buzzing toothbrush head that does a crazy-good job at cleaning your teeth.
If you want to take a page out of my dentist's book, put a new sonic toothbrush on your birthday wish list this year. You'll be smiling all day after you trying brushing with your new Sonicare.

If you want "squeaky clean" teeth when you're done brushing (I have rubbed mine after brushing with my sonic care toothbrush and they really do squeak - they're that clean!), try a new rechargeable toothbrush. An electric toothbrush will give you many more "brushes per minute" than brushing by hand. And special sonic "sound wave technology" helps break up plaque below the gums.
