Panic Cure - Get Back to Sanity - Stop Your Panic Attack
By Renee Pullman
If you experience panic attacks you probably already know that what works for one person might not work for someone else. Still you must learn how to control your panic attacks no matter where they happen or how serious they are, this is the best panic cure.
Many live as urban hermits afraid to face one thing or another in life. Perhaps it is anxiety and panic just to be around other people. Perhaps the panic symptoms happen only at work and you begin to have trouble going in to the job. Fear reigns and depression follows along with intense fear and more stress over the real possibility of losing your job.
Fear runs together into many different situations but it is important to try to find the root cause of the anxiety if you expect to beat it. Expect the fear and try to learn from it. What thoughts do you notice when you feel the first tension in your stomach, chest, or wherever the fear feelings begin. What thought did you have just before, and again just before that thought. Work on discovering any thought sequence, or places, or events that start the spiral down to panic.
If you learn to control your attacks so that fewer and fewer happen over time then you are on track for a real solution for panic attacks and you will begin to feel safe leaving home and doing the ordinary things that you may have given up.
You want to find a cure that works long term and does not just give a temporary reduction in symptoms. This is the story with most anti-anxiety drugs. Many people don't want to be reliant on drugs and their use is supposed to be temporary anyway. You need a better solution.
If you have an open mind and are trying different products and treatments then you are more likely to find a cure more quickly. Ask lots of questions as you search for a panic cure, read the comments of others on blogs and forums. Talk to others who have experienced the same type of attacks and see what has helped them and find out what has failed as well.
Relief from panic attacks doesn't always mean taking a pill. You can train your mind (conditioning) to reduce the severity and frequency of panic attacks. This is something that many have already done. After a time the panic attacks will become only a distant memory and you will have a panic cure.
You can learn more about a panic cure and how to stop panic attacks (it is not the intuitive process that we expect).
