So you want to be a forex trader and make a lot of money? Good for you and welcome to the ranks of winning investors. Forex trading is exciting and profitable but can also be stressful and discouraging. But where there is no risk there is no reward! Forex trading can be a very nice extra income for all sorts of people. I know profitable forex traders from all walks of life, doctors, stay at home wifes, professionals and amateurs. There is no fixed requirements for becoming a forex trader, only you must have dedication and courage.
As with anything else you can’t just shoot in the dark. This is the biggest mistake most new traders make. They get lucky once or twice and think they’ve got it made in the shade. Basically you have some rules and guidelines and you stick to those and don’t trade on emotions or feelings. That way you can easily analyze if your system is good or bad. Just stick with the system and you will make money. Sounds easy? Well, would you be surprised if I told you that this is actually the biggest hurdle for most forex traders? Even long time professionals get emotional and begin making bad trades!
Forex systems can be based on technical or fundamental analysis or both, its the profitability that matters. Most technical systems can be difficult to follow for beginners and most fundamental systems require you to spend A LOT of time looking at news.
