(I prefer to sell the cage and then give the piggies to a loving home, but these are basically for adoption) If you already have a large cage that is big enough than I will consider adopting them out for $40 for both. I have for sale a two-story C&C (Cube & Coroplast) Guinea Pig Cage w/accessories, plus two Guinea Pigs. Generally speaking, the Guinea pigs come free. The cage is three cubes high (each cube is about 14 inches). It has bottom storage than there is a 3x2-play area for the piggies with a ramp going up to the second story where the kitchen (feeding area) and hay loft is. The cage can be dismantled and reassembled in any way you would like or put in a large truck bed as is. The lining on the inside is not coroplast since we couldn't find big enough sheets locally, but it is a very durable roofing material. The cage comes with a hayloft and water bottle, feeding bowl, toys, piggy igloo, cozies, and fleece bedspreads. Also attached are cube grids that create a large play area around the cage for the piggy’s floor time. In total, we spent over $500 for everything. You are paying for the cage and all the accessories and getting the pigs for free (adopting them). I love my piggies, Gloria & Pearl, but our apartment is just not big enough for their large cage and we cannot afford their needs anymore. I will only sell the cage to a good and loving home that understands what they are getting into by owning guinea pigs. They need hay all the time and fresh vegetables every day and vitamin C which can be acquired through the vegetables, oxbow tablets, and their feeding pellets. I have a book that will come with the piggies as well as referring you to a number of websites that are great info for owning guinea pigs. They need to be held and loved every day, so if you don't have the time to play with them and give them cuddles everyday than they are not for you. Gloria loves to explore over being held, but even she needs a little love. Pearl loves to be held and loves to cuddle while watching TV with you. They don't care for loud noises, but my piggies are used to my loud kids, so loud kids are okay. They don't smell like other rodents, but can if you don't clean their cage properly like all pets. They don't bite, but Gloria is a nibbler and can be scary for small kids. Kids under 5 should not handle them. They have hair and not fur. If you are interested, please contact me ASAP. I will be happy to introduce you to them and teach you what I know on their care.
