A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day (Please Note: All products we have can't be ship outside the usa, customers need to email us before ordering, customers, must have a paypal account or use US Postal Money Order Only). All who use P.O. Box need to email us first before ordering, we don't ship some products to P.O. Box. Their will be a fee to ship to P.O.Box. A: Yes, we can ship some products within the United States via the US Postal Service. You must present a PO Box as the delivery address for our US Postal shipping calculator to be activated. We ship into Canada via the US Postal Service . If you would like USPS parcel post delivery you must make a request for this service within the Comment Box of our order form when checking out at paypay. Please be advised a brokers fee and duties may be due upon delivery by the recipient of the package.

A: Yes, we will SHIP internationally into Canada only via the US Postal Service Global Express. We will ship internationally "overseas" via the US Postal Service Global Express to our customer direct. A customs and duty fee may be applied upon delivery to the receipient of the package. All Customers, must have a paypal account.

A: Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 7 days depending on your location.

A: We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. All US Postal Shipments will incur a $5 handling, and all US Postal shipments into Canada will incur a $4 handling fee. All shipping cost is in our shopping cart at paypal. If mailing your order to us, customers need to email us your zip code and address and product item # and name of item.

Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.

A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.

Q: How quickly do you respond to email?

A: We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered.

A: Our order form will apply a 6.50% Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the state of Minnesota. A Minnesota Sales Certificate is required to Void this Tax. If you have a Minnesota Sales Certificate, you may fax a signed copy to 612-721-6157.

Q: How Do Terrell's prevent internet FRAUD?

A: We don't ship item overseas, to Indonesia, South Africa, Singapore ect, when we are being paid with a Western Union Bid Pay Money Order, are Fraud. USA customers ,we will contract Western Union, offer the serial number of your Money Order to them, and they will confirm if it is real or counterfeit. When we received payment via PayPal, customers must be confirm or we only ship to the address on credit card.

Q What is your mailing address, because i want to mail my order?
