Click title/picture for details. offer US $6,250.00 Quite a tough date in red, and it's the first one in MS-65 I've ever offered for sale on eBay. Graded about twenty years ago in one of the early yellow insert holders, this coin has never been to the "doctor." Only 43 have been graded by PCGS in MS-65 Red with just two one point finer. These are rarely ever available above MS-64. This is an opportunity for the dedicated Lincoln cent collector.
Click title/picture for details. offer US $32,700.00 Although the mintage was quite low, only about 72,600, the vast majority reached circulation and as a result, even though the mintage was more than the highly revered 1916 standing Liberty Quarter and the 1913-S Barber Quarter, very few exist above AG to G-4. This is the scarcest 20th Century Coin in grades above Good and even at major coin shows, is rarely seen above Good-6 with the most common grades seen AG-3 or G-4. Of the approx 500 in all graded by PCGS, 162 are graded AG-3 and 117 are graded Good-4. In grades from Fine-12 to AU-58, only 45 have been graded by PCGS in 23 years! In fact, only FIVE coins have been graded VF-35 by PCGS and in grades EF-40 thru AU-58, only 18 more have been graded. This date is the most HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER silver coin of the 20th century! -
