The J-Bass V has white binding and pearloid block inlays on a maple fretboard. A unique active preamp with an active/passive switch are wired to US single coils. A massive string-thru bridge, Marcus Miller's signature black pickguard, and chrome neck pickup cover complete the feature set. The bass guitar includes a deluxe hardshell case.
