ENGLISH AND SPANISH and FRENCH BILINGUAL POSITIONS
OPEN HOUSE: December 29 & 30 and JANUARY 4TH THROUGH 8TH FROM 9AM TO 7PM
ICT is currently recruiting experienced customer service professionals to handle inbound telephone inquiries for the world’s leading consumer product provider. Representatives will receive inbound consumer calls on varied topics, including medical and quality concerns and general inquiries for more than 3000 consumer products, including but not limited to, cosmetics, skincare, baby care, wound care, oral health and women’s health products, nutritional products and over the counter products.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year prior phone experience in a customer service call center environment required. Prior exposure to pharmaceutical/medical terminology desirable.
• Strong work ethic, with a proven success record of providing exceptional customer service. Continuity of work history very important with an emphasis on attendance and meeting performance standards.
• Ability to work in professional fast paced environment with heavy focus on Quality and Customer Service.
• PC navigation skills required, including knowledge of WORD, Excel and Web based applications.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Candidates must be available to work any schedule between 8am and 8pm, Monday thru Friday.
