La Dependance is a detached house in the countryside set in the southern part of Le Marche near the stunning village of Montalto delle Marche.
At only 15 minutes from beautifully clear award winning beaches at the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains our guests can spend one day at the beach and another in the mountains or countryside so our strategic position gives the best of all worlds.
Your accommodation is a comfortable holiday home and perfect if you are looking for a quiet stay, in search of peace, open spaces, rural traditions and friendly people.
The surrounding area is dotted with old historic towns and is set in the most stunning countryside in what we call the "Garden of Italy" so you will have ample opportunity to sample some of the wines, fruit, extra virgin olive oil that the region has to offer...
In "La Dependance" there is high speed Internet access (WIFI), you can use your own equipment to connect for free and the signal reaches well into the garden.
The property was originally a farmhouse and has been completely refurbished, equipped with all comforts and is an ideal place for relaxing moments and to be in touch with nature.
From the covered porch you can see rich countryside with expanses of orchards and the Apennines in the distance, perhaps enjoy traditional specialties of the area washed down by excellent wines that we produce in our winery.
All of our guests thoroughly enjoy the large pool with panoramic views which has a special area for children. The pool is shared only with La Dependance and the other two apartments that we rent out.
The pool has a shower, changing huts, and of course umbrellas, sun beds and loungers to soak up some of the wonderful Italian sun.

Montalto is a great place to use as a hub for exploring the Piceno territory and is probably in one of the most strategic positions if you are looking for a holiday that gives to the opportunity to sample a little bit of everything that the region has to offer - beaches, mountains, counrtyside, historic hill top towns, art, museums, festivals, food and wine. The house is equidistant from the artistic centers of Ascoli and Fermo. Our nearest beaches areSan Benedetto and Grottammare just 15 minutes away. The stunning Sibillini National Park is just 35 minutes away (well worth a visit if you like walking and getting close to nature).
