One, is to make sure the amount of calories you burn each day surpasses the calories you take in. That specifies that the amount and kind of foods that you eat have to be thoroughly controlled.

The second thing necessary for optimum fat loss is to be certain that you exercise in such a manner that as many of the calories that you burn come from stored fat as is possible.

To keep your pulse in your appropriate range you'll need to test it frequently by taking your heart beat. It's very important that your pulse rate stays in your range. If it is going too low you won't get any benefit. And, if it goes too high you'll get benefits, but they won't be the fat burning benefits that you particularly desire.
Walking is an excellent form of aerobicise to use for maximum fat burning. If you use walking, try to make sure that you are walking in an area that is comparatively flat. If there are hills, it becomes very hard to walk at a consistent pace and keep your pulse rate in the desired zone. A treadmill and heart beat rate monitor can be quite useful in helping you to remain in your zone.

Another great thing about exercising at a rate which will give you maximum fat loss is that when you lose the fat you may be in far better shape to use your aerobic exercise for bracing your heart even more. You'll be in a better position to workout at higher heart rates if you need to.
So, if your principal goal right now is to lose unhealthy body fat, you need to determine your perfect fat burning heart rate sector and start doing an aerobic exercise that will keep your pulse rate in that area.
