Must be able to program in MySyql or Syqlexpress and database. You must be able to program in C ++ and Visual Basic. You must be able to create graphs in graphedit.
1. You need to collect the television data converting from mpg to wmv in real time.
2. You need to capture Line 21 (Close Caption) in real time along.
COMPENSATION ON COMPLETION: $1000.00
3. Next you need to be able to create a GUI interface to be able to do a key word search the television and close caption data and match the videos with the close caption text. Creating what is called a log summary along with Media Values and Audience Numbers. NOTE: Samples of end results will be provided to you.
A. Search results log summary matched with videos (still .jpg pic) click on .jpg and play video clip. Emailed log summary. Profile to be set up by end users.
Example of what is needed will be provided.

4. Video Character Recognition (Optical Character Recognition) – this is collection of the character generated from television into text file – along with key word search engine.

5. Audio Recognition – Audio Finger Print, Audio Indexing – key word search to locate word from Radio Television.
COMPENSATION ON COMLETION: $1000.00
FURTHER COMPENSATION: 1 percent compensation of gross receipts directly related to sales from website and your customer service support of application software as long as you are with DigiClips if terminated you will lose your 1 percent of gross receipts.
