I really like the speed lacing which makes it quick and easy to take the boot on and off and you can really get them tight with little effort. They take a week to break in which I'm not use to because the last two pair of Timberland Pro boots were great out of the box but that's no biggie. They are (all day) comfortable but not cushy. I like cushy better which you get more on a hiking style construction boot. Even though this is a soft toe boot the toe is reinforced. It won't protect you from a 20lb object falling on your foot but it will keep a pipe wrench from hurting too much if it lands on your foot. I picked this waterproof style because the last Timberland's I owned weren't which I believe made them fall apart a lot quicker than other boots I have had. Plus I hate water seeping in if I'm out in the mud with them. The seem to be holding up just fine way better than the previous pair. Like I said they seem like a great all around work boot. I would buy these again without hesitation. All Reviews
