I first started using a Sonic Care brush about 4 years ago, and I have never gone back to a manual brush (excpet for traveling. It is chargeable and gives much better results than the manual toothbrush. The sonic care toothbrush is good, and has become so popular that Oral-B, another leading toothbrush manufacturer, has started marketing a similar (copy cat) sonic toothbrush.
Poor eating habits, in combination with not brushing and flossing regularly, can contribute to poor oral health. Plaque accumulation on the hard surfaces of teeth is due to the starch and sugar in your food being used by bacteria naturally found in your mouth, leading to release of an acid as a waste product of the bacteria. This acid damages the enamel on the surface of your teeth, which can eventually lead to tooth decay and cavitiies. Taking care of your teeth also makes your mouth freed from bad smells, which can be quite shaming at times. The good news is brushing with a sonic toothbrush, like sonic care brushes, also helps your teeth stay cleaner, brighter and healthier! For extra help, consider using a mouthwash recommended by your dentist. I personally use a flouride rinse, but you could try an antiseptic mouth wash, too. A tasty mouthwash refreshes your mouth too, particularly if you have bad breath.
Flouride toothpaste or fluoride supplement assists in shielding and bracing your teeth by binding with enamel.
For infants and young children, use a clammy fabric or a soft toothbrush to wipe their tooth clean. Apply a little amount of toothpaste, especially if it has fluoride, as too a lot of the ingredient can be lethal to babies.
Sonic care offers quite useful and phenomenal quality products, for maintaining a correct oral and dental hygiene.
