It was release as a digital download on iTunes on 3 November 2009 and has been receiving Airplay since 20 October 2009. The album will be later released in the United Kingdom on 30 November 2009 by Jayded Records. He was invited to perform with Justin Timberlake at "The Justin Timberlake and Friends Concert Benefiting Shriners Hospitals For Children" on 17 October, 2009 where he performed an acoustic version of "Down". Jay Sean released the Deluxe Edition of My Own Way exclusively in the U.K. Initially, the Deluxe Edition was set for release in the U.S., but Cash Money executives insisted that "the album has been out for a while, and on the Internet, so let us make something new for America." The album was tentatively titled "My Own Way (U.S. edition)", but was later confirmed that "the album is called "All or Nothing", and will feature songs with Birdman, Drake, Kevin Rudolf and Lil Wayne".
