Risa is a 10 year old paint mare. I bought her about six months ago as a training prospect. She is very small and she loves people. I have been training her for dressage, and in the few months that I've been riding her she has done great! She is not for beginners. She needs either a kid that has been riding for awhile, or a small adult. She loads great and baths, she will stand for the Ferrier. When I got her I noticed a big bump on her hind leg, and I took her in to get it x-rayed, and I found out that it is what they call a chronic fracture. It does not bother her at all, nor does it affect her gait. I had two doctors look at her x-rays, and one said that it would not do any harm because it is not on the joint. She is an awsome pony. She loves to run. She can be with other horses, or she can be by herself. She does not care. | | | | | | |  | |  |
