So you take your chances … and hope that the stylist has a better day than the last time … and give it a try again. If it will be a good haircut … or a complete mess, that's all up to luck.

Sometimes you'll get something good … something resembling what you want. But most of the time he'll just shorten it again … until you have your hair as short as a boy. And unless you want to wear a wig … it's best not to go there.

In the end, its at the very least something you deserve. You deserve to look good, be beautiful, be attractive and appreciated. You've done everything else. You've juggled with your career, been a loving wife or girlfriend … even a good mother, if you've gotten to that point.
