Hello, my name is Mr. Yeazel and I'm looking for investor who would like to invest their time and money and received up to 48% of the holding share in Country Arbor Bakery & Home Cooking & Barbecue Restaurant. Note: I will always hold 51 % of the company share.. Country Arbor Bakery & Home Cooking & Barbecue is a sole proprietor business. Mr. Yeazel is the principal owner. It is Country Arbor Home Cooking & Barbecue is on an equity, debt, or combination basis in order to facilitate the start-up and growth of Country Arbor Bakery & Home Cooking & Barbecue .
Mr. Yeazel holds a Biblical degree in Ministry. He has held executive level positions in management with several successful national restaurant and store’s. Country Arbor & Bakery & Home Cooking & Barbecue aims to offer high quality bread, and pastry products at a competitive price to meet the demand of the middle- to higher-income local market area residents and tourists.
Mr. Yeazel will strive to be the premier buffet restaurant in the local marketplace. We want our guests to have the total experience when visiting Country Arbor Bakery & Home Cooking & Barbecue. Not only will our guests receive a great meal, they will be provided with a fun atmosphere. We will be doing unique things (such as serving all-you-can-eat USDA-choice or prime meat on a display on mesquite, oak, or hickory grill.) That will set us apart from the competition. We will want the dining experience to be as pleasing to the senses as it is to the palate.
Our focus will be serving quality food at a great value. We will feature a large selection of freshly prepared food, most in full view of our guests. We will feature 100 or more items daily that are full of flavor and zest at an unbelievable price!
Customer satisfaction is paramount. When approached by a customer with a request, our motto will be, "Yes is the answer; what is the question?" We will strive for broad appeal. We want to be the restaurant of choice for everyone: families and singles, young and old, male or female.

Breakfast buffet -- Country Arbor Bakery & Home Cooking & Barbecue will serve a buffet breakfast, cooked to order offering fresh fruits in-season, cold juices, hot breakfast items, cook-to-order and omelets from our display grill. Our store will offer breakfast daily while others may only feature it on weekends.

Easy access to truck parking with a minimum of 500 parking spaces. Mid- to low-cost land not to exceed $600,000. Heavy blue-collar worker makeup in the community. Building/Land/Equipment -- There are two methods available for the growth of Country Arbor Bakery & Home Cooking & Barbecue . We can build from ground up or we can do conversions from existing or closed restaurants.
Country Arbor Bakery & Home Cooking & Barbecue will range in size from 7,00 up to 10,000 square feet and will seat from 400-600 guests. This location will feature authentic western antiques such as Native American blankets, cowboy gear, and horse tack , old buck-board, stage-coach and the restaurant will be like a old western town and have a old stage ect. We will equip the restaurant with a state-of-the-art sound system connected to an old-time juke box where our customers will be able to select their favorite country and western Gospel songs for free. Our restaurant will be built to our prototype specifications: Clean lines, open, and pleasing to the customer.
The site/building selection will be chosen based upon the following list of criteria:

Just to let you investor to know a little about me. I am 49 years old and I have been on SS & SSI since 2005 after blowing out my left knee and have had over 20 surgery on my knee and in and out of the hospital since March 12, 2004 to July 2007. Now because of this I am about $35,000.00 dollar in debit and love to be able to pay it off and start new. Now I myself can not come up with even $500 to $10 Million dollar. I been working on this dream since 2003 and been wanting to get off of SS & SSI.
