About her - Fiona is a 3 year old (mostly) white paint mare with blue eyes, approx. 14 ½ hands. I originally bought her unbroken, untrained and virtually unhandled. She has come a long way and learns fast but is still not broke. She loves people, other horses, cats and doesn’t seem to mind dogs. She has a lot of potential and would be a great project horse for someone who is interested in training. She has been around children as young as 2 years old as well and children with disabilities and is very patient and gentle. She stands good for a Ferrier and is up to date on all vaccines and dewormed. She trailers, but hates the ride so she usually needs a lot of encouragement to do it, but she will. No bad habits (i.e. cribbing, kicking, biting) and is gentle with treats. Unfortunately she doesn’t have papers and I know very little of her history as I got her on her way to a horse dealer.

Reason for selling – I lost my job a few months back and can no longer afford her care and can barely afford the gas to come out and see her and she needs more attention than I can give her. She needs to find a new home as soon as possible!
