I need to pre-screen part-time employees stat!

Finally business is picking up with the holiday season. I need to hire some part time workers stat. But I don't want to go through a temp agency which is too expensive. How can I screen the applicants I already received from my ad in the craigs list?


Consider working with a reverse phone number look-up service. You will be able to find out where the people lived and how to reach them not only at home but by their cell numbers, too.

More importantly, with the data you collect, you could go on to investigate their backgrounds. This could tell who might have a criminal record,an outstanding warrant, or credit problems. With this information you should be able to narrow down that long list to a few qualified applicants quickly.
