I have sold my printing business in Deep River, Iowa and now want to sell the School Building that was used for 12 years. The building has 3 phase wiring and over head door that is dock height. The building has 8 large rooms on 2 floors with freight elevator from floor 1 too floor 2. The building has a full basement consisting of 1 large room 100 ft by 50 ft and 4 smaller rooms.
I had installed 4 zoned 100,000 BTU Energy efficient furnaces in 1999. The top 2 floors each have 2 separate furnaces which can all be run separately. The heating cost was extremely low for the size of building.
I will not sell to anyone that I feel will not be a good asset to the town.
