•Customer may return defective product for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

•Return shipping to Terrells Retail is at customer's expense.

•Terrells Retail will charge a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns.

•NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.

•Customer's RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the return shipment. Customer shall not mark the box itself in any other way.

•Packages that do not have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.

•To obtain an RMA number, submit your request on-line in the My Account Section.

•After 14 days from purchase,Terrells Retail will not issue an RMA and will refer Customer to the manufacturer for warranty service, if any.

•All products for return must be received at Terrells Retail within 14 days from the date of RMA number issuance. RMAs expire in 14 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued.

•All Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, registration card(s), software, blank warranty cards, cabling and other accessories and documentation if included. Terrells Retail reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

•Replacement items will be shipped after the defective item is received and inspected by Terrells Retail Returns Department.

•Once RMA is approved. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank the funds will be available to you within 3 - 5 business days.

•Terrells Retail is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.

•Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.

•Terrells Retail strongly recommends that Customer fully insure the return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide it with proof of delivery for Customer's protection.

•Terrells Retail reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet the above requirements.

WARRANTY: MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY issues should be directed to the Manufacturer.

After 14 Days: Defective merchandise should be returned for repair to the manufacturer or any authorized service center in Customer's area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as manufacturer policies change.

Please Note: If customers do not purchase Buyer Protection Plan , all [product must be sent back to Manufacturers under warranty. Buyer plan must be added to retail price.

Damaged Shipment: Customer should make sure that the damaged package it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Terrells Retail to file a damage claim. Customer shall save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Terrells Retail immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If Customer does not notify Terrells Retail of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, Terrells Retail regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

Accuracy of Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during check-out. If you fail to provide an accurate shipping address, we have the right to charge you for any additional shipping and handling fees that we incur. If the Order came back as Undeliverable through Shipping Carrier, we will only refund the Item Price without shipping and handling fees.

5.SEVERABILITY. 6.ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the final agreement between the parties. It is the complete and exclusive expression of the parties' agreement on the matters contained in this Agreement. All prior and contemporaneous negotiations and agreements between the parties on the matters contained in this Agreement are expressly merged into and superseded by this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement cannot be explained, supplemented or qualified through evidence of trade usage or a prior course of dealings. In entering into this Agreement, neither party has relied upon any statement, representation, warranty or agreement of any other party except for those expressly contained in this Agreement.

7.GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE. The laws of the State of Minnesota (without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles) govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement and the transactions it contemplates, including, without limitation, its interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement. Except as set forth below concerning arbitration, any claims or actions regarding or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and each party to this Agreement submits to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of all legal actions and proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Each party waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection that it may now or later have to (i) the laying of venue of any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement brought in any state or federal court sitting in Minneapolis, Minnesota; and (ii) any claim that any action or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

8.DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or any breach thereof, must be settled by confidential binding arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either party may, without inconsistency with this agreement to arbitrate, seek from a court any provisional remedy that may be necessary to protect trademarks, copyrights, or other rights or property pending the establishment of the arbitral tribunal or its determination of the merits of the controversy.

9.RECOVERY OF LITIGATION COSTS. If any legal action or other proceeding is brought pursuant to or in connection with these terms or any transaction involving you and Terrells Retail, then, if Terrells Retail is the prevailing party, it is entitled to recover from you its reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
