I am seeking a propane operated insert for a very nice fireplace mantle I purchased last winter...NO JUNK PLEASE. The front opening is 35 1/2" horizontal X 27 1/2" vertical. The back opening is 53 1/2" (h) X 41" (v). I need the complete insert set: logs, insert, glass, etc. I am looking for a bargain, but yet nice as well. I have already priced the cost of inserts in the stores so I am aware of their "usual" cost...that's why I'm on here looking. I'm not looking to be out a huge expense, but I am also willing to pay a decent price as well. I have attached a picture of my mantle below.
