We recently moved into our gorgeous and fully furbished 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment at Creekveiw Crossings in Sherwood Oregon. We are wanting to be close to our jobs and family due to the fact we just found out we're expecting baby # 2.
The unit is 800 sq." it's fully equiped with a dishwasher,refrigerator,washer,dryer,ceiling fan,new floors and carpeting,black granite counter tops,garbage disposal,room to room controlled heating,and a private padio. Cats, and small caged animals are allowed.The property is also a dog friendly one,however certain breed restrictions do apply.
You also recieve a mail box and assigned parking space.There is also 24 hour visitor parking. Its a wonderful community and the management is very warm and welcoming as well. We moved in before rent spiked so our unit is $100 cheaper than they are running for now. There is also FREE RENT UNTIL DECEMBER 1ST.
We are signing our lease over so we can move so if you moved in on the first of November it would be 16 months and you would still recieve a months free rent.The property is also equipped with a seasonal pool, a fitness center is being put in, two on-site playgrounds,and garbage centers.
There is a one time $42 application fee to see if you are applicable to live there. If you qualify we will all meet with management to sign the lease over.We are looking to move as soon as possible and can be out in days time. We paid a deposit to move in which would need to be signed over if you call before november you will recieve $150 of that to begin decorating your new lovely apartment.
You can veiw these units on the website at creekveiwcrossings they are beautiful. They are also located right off of 99W and seconds from shopping so they are very convienient as well.
