of the items are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse
with a 98% fill rate, and may be stocked in multiple warehouses

be assured that each product is brand new (unless noted otherwise), highest quality, factory
sealed and packaged safely in the original manufacturers box before it
is shipped.
The
seller cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, defects, or delays
that may occur during transit. However should this occur, please
contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper, for a
replacement or a full refund.
Return Policy:
If
you
are not totally satisfied with your item (s) upon arrival or you notice
a defect or if the product was damaged during transit, please
contact us first, to make arrangements to authorize a return on any
items. You will need an assigned RA# for any returned items, or we can
not accept it. Any items being returned, must be in their original box
in the
same condition (brand new, undamaged) as they were upon being shipped
out.
Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items,
and may be charged a 10-25% restocking fee, depending on item (s) purchased.

DO NOT damage the box until you have had a chance to look over the item
(s), and are 100% satisfied with your purchase! All the original
paperwork, receipts, invoices, and any warranty papers must be
included.
