Sales Specialist for National Real Estate Company
Super Energetic and Responsible Sales Specialist is needed to join Neighborhood Realty Solutions, a company that buys and liquidates short sale properties nationwide. Our company has in excess of $50 million to buy properties that are facing foreclosure. Our website, www.sellshortnow.com , will answer many of your questions about who we are and what we do. The successful candidate will have extensive sales experience and a real estate and/or mortgage background.
We intend to select and train 5 professionals who are prepared to dedicate JUST 2 HOURS PER DAY – that’s right – JUST 2 HOURS PER DAY to explain our business model to realtors, answer questions and provide assistance to realtors to submit short sale deals to our company. This position is a great opportunity for experienced sales professional to capitalize on an exploding market.
We buy properties typically in the range of $200,000 to $2,000,000 that need short sale approvals for a reduced payoff. We take care of the negotiations with lenders. We guarantee commissions to realtors on successful transactions. You must be able to implement sales strategies effectively and create win-win solution for your clients.
Duties and Experience as Follows:
· Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook (Intermediate)
· Minimum of 5 Years Verifiable Sales Experience
· Top Sales Producer or Effective Sales Manager
· Real Estate and/or Mortgage Experience Required
· Internet Savvy
· Driven to Meet or Exceed Sales Objectives
· Customer Service Excellence/Accounts Manager
· Must possess EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL (documentation/paperwork)

Educational Requirements:
Minimum 2 year degree
Bachelors Degree Preferred
