The successful candidate will have extensive sales experience and a real estate and/or mortgage background.
We intend to select and train 5 professionals who are prepared to dedicate JUST 2 HOURS PER DAY thats right JUST 2 HOURS PER DAY to explain our business model to realtors, answer questions and provide assistance to realtors to submit short sale deals to our company. This position is a great opportunity for experienced sales professional to capitalize on an exploding market.
We buy properties typically in the range of $200,000 to $2,000,000 that need short sale approvals for a reduced payoff. We take care of the negotiations with lenders. We guarantee commissions to realtors on successful transactions. You must be able to implement sales strategies effectively and create win-win solution for your clients.
Duties and Experience as Follows:
Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook (Intermediate)
Minimum of 5 Years Verifiable Sales Experience
Top Sales Producer or Effective Sales Manager
Real Estate and/or Mortgage Experience Required
Internet Savvy
Driven to Meet or Exceed Sales Objectives
