If you are a flat-footed runner with severe over-pronation problems and want to run up 10 miles on the road and trails, the Adrenaline ASR trail runner would be my choice. It has excellent cushioning, the uppers are somewhat waterproof for light rain and moist trail conditions. The soles have a great grip for most surfaces on the trails and they are generally rigid enough to keep your foot stable and reduce excessive over-pronation. They are also lighter than most other trail shoes that I have tried, and they are certainly tailor-made for flat-footed or low-arched runners. Enjoy!
