1. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you ship back any products. No return will be accepted without our RMA number.
2. Returns for exchange will be at buyer's own expense. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any cases.
3. Buyer is responsible for the postage if product requires service within the 1 year of Warranty period.
4. Buyer is responsible for any custom duties, import sales tax, VAT, etc. levied on the products.
5. We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes. In most of the cases, we would prefer ship to confirmed Paypal address.
