YES REAL ANCIENT COINS BURIED IN ANCIENT TIMES, DUG UP FROM THE GROUND 1000's OF YEARS LATER FOR YOU TO DISCOVER THEIR SECRETS! Here is a special opportunity you won't find anywhere else. These are great quality Roman SILVER coins! That's right! These coins all have silver content (some are double denarii, some are fouree, others are full denarii). These are almost all Roman imperial, but there are a few Roman republic as well (Marc Antony legionary denarii mainly). Where else are you going to buy these at this great price? These range from 12-23mm, with most being around 18mm. The vast majority will be attributable after cleaning, and will grade between fair and very fine (most will be about fine). The picture you see is the EXACT lot your coins are coming from. A few have some edge damage and 1 has a hole. To clean these I recommend short soaks in diluted Lemon juice (diluted with water) and picking at the dirty spots with a toothpick (wooden). If it does not repond then more concentrated lemon juice should be used. Keep in mind that coins made of billon or that are silvered may react harmfully to too much lemon juice. Also keep in mind that you should not scrub silver coins with a tooth brush because it will leave shiny spots on the high points.
