Hello,
I am seeking a reliable individual to rent out the 2nd room in my 2-BR apartment in downtown Bayonne. The rent is only $475 per month (plus 1 mo. security). The place is really nice and spacious, and includes a backyard and large kitchen. I've already gone through two potential roommates who decided to back out, so I'm looking for serious inquiries ONLY! I'm an easygoing 27/m, so you shouldn't have a problem getting along with me. I work a 9-5 job in NYC, so I won't even be home most of the day during the week. As long as you pay the rent on time, pay for half the utilities/cable/internet (should amount to roughly $100 total), and don't throw wild parties every night--you'll be on my good side. Bus transportation is only 1 block away, and the 8th St. Light Rail Station (which should be running soon) is within walking distance. I would prefer a male roommate, since I have a girlfriend and don't want to create unnecessary drama, but I'm willing to make exceptions.
