In the event that you have a problem with a new item, we request that you contact the manufacturer first. New defective items will be replaced or repaired at our option. New unused item returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All returned items must be in as delivered condition in original new packaging. Items installed or used will not be accepted for return.
