i've had this model for 2 weeks, and love the look, feel, and overall vibes so far. the only hardware issue is the relatiely medium grade speakers, but since i use this as a desktop and connect jbl mini's, i don't care. The only other issue has been with windows internet explorer re: google page freezing,but the tech people at Toshiba have been STELLAR in their help, information, and overall experise and advise. I am very impressed with a new tech device which allows them to "take over your computer" while you are talking to them and fix it for you while you watch!!!!! EXCELLENT
