smaller items ship the same day before 3:15 pm EST. Most items will be
shipped within 24-48 hours once payment has been received. We ship
USPS, FedEx & UPS Ground. Overnight & 2nd day air shipping also
available. If your item has a color choice, PLEASE be sure to include
your select color when completing your order to avoid any shipping
delays.
Most
of the items are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse
with a 98% fill rate, and may be stocked in multiple warehouses
throughout the United States.

For heavier items that require freight shipping, we cannot deliver to
PO Boxes or APO-FPO addresses due to shipper restrictions. Some

equipment ships within 24-48 hours via UPS Ground, or FedEx depending
on total weight and selection of item (s), and your location.
For heavier items that qualify for freight shipping, please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery time.
For customized wheelchairs and upgrades, expect up to 4-6 weeks shipping.
All
smaller
items such as DryPro, select Bath Safety items, Oxygen Tubing,
Nebulizers, Canes, Walkers & Nutritional items will ship the same
day before 3:15 pm EST via USPS or UPS/FedEx Ground. Tracking numbers for each item are emailed to the buyer immediately after the product is shipped. Please
be assured that each product is brand new (unless noted otherwise), highest quality, factory
sealed and packaged safely in the original manufacturers box before it
is shipped.
The
seller cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, defects, or delays
that may occur during transit. However should this occur, please
contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper, for a
replacement or a full refund.
International: You are responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees once the item arrives in your country.
Return Policy:
If
you
are not totally satisfied with your item (s) upon arrival or you notice
a defect or if the product was damaged during transit, please
contact us first, to make arrangements to authorize a return on any
items. You will need an assigned RA# for any returned items, or we can
not accept it. Any items being returned, must be in their original box
in the
same condition (brand new, undamaged) as they were upon being shipped
out.
Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items,
and may be charged a 10-25% restocking fee, depending on item (s) purchased.

DO NOT damage the box until you have had a chance to look over the item
(s), and are 100% satisfied with your purchase! All the original
paperwork, receipts, invoices, and any warranty papers must be
included.
