Handmade Crimson Tulip Pen

This handmade roller ball pen is a unique blend of woods. The cap of the pen is made out of bloodwood. Bloodwood has a dark red color that is trademarked by a beautifully contrasting darker grain.

The body of the pen is made out of Brazilian tulipwood. The wood has dark heartwood with a reddish color similar to bloodwood, but also has creamy sapwood as pictured. The two blend together very nicely. The 24 kt gold hardware is plated in a premium rack plating process to make a bright, shiny coating for life.
