We h ave a large variety of great family and ranch geldings availible at this time, Our goal is to list high quality horses and represent them to the buyer honestly. Many buyers are looking for gentle horses with no buck about them. Others prefer a high energy horse and do not mind a cold backed horse. A Note About Kid Safe Horses:
We are just not inclined to call a horse "kid safe" or "bomb proof". An experienced horseman once said, a child's horse should have 1,000 riding hours on it. It is extremely difficult to find such a horse and generally they are very high priced. That saying is especially true for a child whose parents are not horse savvy. If you have a horse crazy child and not a lot of horse experience, the very best decision would be to take your child to riding lessons and have the trainer help you find a good match for your child. That said, there are many horses with a laid back, not spooky attitude and therefore have great potential as a kid or beginners horse. We will mention that if we feel it is the case or if the horse has been owned and safely ridden by children.
