This Tacoma has 104k miles 5spd V6 in a reg cab. Most of these trucks have rear frame issues with rust but this one is virtually rust free. I don't know how but it looks great underneath. I believe it has a 6inch bolt-on fabtech lift with a 2inch body lift. It currently has 35in tires. I do not know the gear ratio but it seems that it is sufficient for the lift and tires. It had a tree limb fall on the top and passenger side, bed side. It has been repaired and inspected by the Ohio Highway Patrol, so you can drive it in most any state, but please check your state laws. It does need a passenger side door handle, power steering pump, and radio. This is a good reliable truck with the 3400 bullet proof toyota motor and rust free
