This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is a great high-end driver, meant to be shown, driven, and enjoyed. As soon as we turned the key we fell in love and now we all look for reasons to take her out on a test drive. She is badged a Z28/RS and she has all the right equipment and more but she is not a documented Z28. . You can find this Camaro at Bay City, MI, USA.
Under the hood is a potent 400CID small block V-8 with a new Holley 4bbl 650 carburetor on top a new Edelbrock RPM Gap intake: providing great power band through 6,000 rpm. The cam has a 480”/494” lift with 1.52:1 rockers @ 110º lope separation. Cylinder compression ranged from 185 – 190 PSI. This high-performing engine takes premium fuel or better. And everything runs at a steady 180° F with its new Edelbrock High Flow (8811) water pump, factory and auxiliary fans. Note the dual exhaust. Push the toggle switch under the dash and the exhaust dumps right out of the headers. It sounds great and provides a great power boost, but is not usually street legal.
