Why am I So Tired and Lethargic
and Out of Energy? Are you asking
yourself….. - What can i do to
get more energy?
- Could my diet be
missing something?
- Why am I so tired and lately and feeling
weak?

all the time and feel bored?

life and my energy back?
There are many
things that can cause you to feel the symptoms above and some are readily
cured with exercise or medication. There is a physical
illness called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ( CFS or CFIDS in US), the main
symptom of this illness is severe fatigue but there are other symptoms too.
Our bodies are made to function with a certain amount of sleep, a balanced
diet and minimal stress. Sometimes
these get out of balance and we experience lethargy, low energy, tiredness and
even become nauseas at times. I am not a doctor nor do I claim to have all
the answers but I have experienced being very tired and I have felt like I
just don't want to get out of the chair to do anything. The more I think about it the harder it is
to function. I would get agitated and
agree and didn't know what was the problem. I looked up a few things and even
thought I may be bipolar. Some of the symptoms of Bipolar I found were: - Agitation
- Aggressive
behavior
- Decreased need
for sleep without fatigue
- Denial that
anything is wrong
- Difficulty
concentrating
- Extreme
irritability
- Impulsiveness
- Decreased energy
- lethargy
I just wanted to
function like I use to! I looked into
doing some exercise and to change my routine around and it helped some. I now take supplements like B-complex and
B-12 along with Ginkgo Biloba. The
Ginkgo helps me to think clear and the Vitamin B's give me more energy. I also
drink some good Ginseng Oolong Tea and that is good for you and also gives you
more energy than coffee! I am doing ok
